Hi, I’m Nikki.

Hair has never been just hair to me.

It’s part of how you see yourself, how you show up in the world, and sometimes, how you get a little piece of your confidence back. My goal isn’t to completely reinvent you every time you sit in my chair. It’s to create hair that feels like you—beautiful, wearable, intentional, and designed to work with your real life.

For more than 25 years, I’ve had the privilege of doing just that.

I’ve always believed the best salon experience is equal parts great hair and genuine connection. I want you to feel heard, comfortable, and completely at home when you’re in my studio.

Some appointments are filled with laughing, storytelling, and catching up on life. Other days, you may want to grab a fun drink, settle in by the fireplace while your color processes, and enjoy a little quiet time.

You get to choose.

That’s one of the things I love most about working in a private studio. You get the expertise, products, and experience of a luxury salon—with personalized, one-on-one attention in a space that feels relaxed, welcoming, and a little more personal.

BEHIND THE CHAIR

Color has always been where my creativity comes alive.

I specialize in dimensional color, low-maintenance blonding and balayage, grey coverage and blending, and solution-driven extensions. Rather than chasing every trend, I love creating beautiful, modern hair that complements you and still looks great weeks after you leave my chair.

And after all these years, I’m still obsessed with learning.

I’m an American Board Certified Haircolorist and hold advanced certifications in balayage and blonding—but some of the most exciting growth in my career has happened through education and my relationship with milk_shake®.

I’ve trusted and used milk_shake behind my chair for years, and today I’m incredibly proud to serve as a National Artist/Educator for milk_shake® USA.

That role has taken me beyond my studio to educate and connect with hairstylists across the country, work alongside other incredible artists and educators, and continue learning from some of the best in our industry. It keeps me inspired, challenges me creatively, and gives me the opportunity to bring new techniques, products, ideas, and education right back behind the chair to my clients.

So while I may be the educator when I’m traveling, I’m always a student too.

And I think that matters.

Because after more than two decades in this industry, I never want to become comfortable simply doing things the way I’ve always done them. I want to keep evolving, experimenting, learning, and becoming a better artist.

BEYOND THE HAIR

If you’re going to spend a few hours in my chair, you should probably know who you’re hanging out with.

I’m outspoken, strong-willed, passionate, creative, and usually running on espresso.

I’m also a self-proclaimed foodie who loves to cook and bake. Food is absolutely my love language, and the people in my life are regularly fed homemade pasta, my famous chocolate chip cookies, and the occasional death-by-chocolate cake.

Give me a backyard fire, a good bottle of prosecco, family and friends, and I’m pretty happy.

My husband and son are the center of my world and the people who keep me grounded while constantly inspiring me to push myself and dream a little bigger. And then there are my furry studio-management consultants— my 3 cats Subie, Hoonie, and Porsche—who contribute unconditional love, and plenty of daily cat antics.

At the end of the day, creating and connecting are what fill my cup.

I love beautiful hair. I love this industry. I love teaching. But more than anything, I love the relationships I’ve built through what I do.
